My name is Valerie, I am a women of God, Married with 2 children, I was born in raised in South Philadelphia.
I started making candles to keep my grandmother 'Delores MARIE Lamb" memory alive, when I noticed how calm, relaxed and peaceful I felt making candles, I knew this was going to help me with my depression that I would sometimes experience after the lost of my grandmother. I felt the light that was just flickering in me starting to ignite in my soul and knew I had to share this with others.
What does "BE THE LIGHT" means to me?
For me it means to go out into a world that seems to be so filled with darkness and shine my light and spread the LOVE of God by making candles, teaching others to make candles but most of all is to introduce others to the LIGHT.
